1. Obtain your MLS’s approval for your Landing Page IDX search feed direct from the MLS.  If you have any questions, please contact us at info@sretools.com
Instructions: Simply click on the button below and follow the prompts for electronic signatures for you and your Broker. This may require a small fee to your local MLS so be prepared to provide some billing information. The form will ask you for some information. This is what we recommend:

3. Please fill out the 3 forms below completely. The goal is to have at least 3 separate lender referral sources on board. This form will send the Lender Referral a special email invite with video and detailed instructions. It’s best to contact the Lender ahead of time and get their approval ahead of time. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@sretools.com
