  1. Fill out the “Make an Offer Form” below
  2. Receive back a rough draft for approval via email
  3. Once approved you will receive the RPA and related documents filled in for you and ready for you to sign via DocuSign
  4. Once all is signed, the offer will be sent automatically to the listing agent
  5. Your fee will be paid through escrow when it closes

*Please Note: 

The TM fee is $600.  If you are double ending the deal, then add an additional $500.   The TM Fee is similar to a TC Fee but better.
