- Fill out the “Make an Offer Form” below
- Receive back a rough draft for approval via email
- Once approved you will receive the RPA and related documents filled in for you and ready for you to sign via DocuSign
- Once all is signed, the offer will be sent automatically to the listing agent
- Your fee will be paid through escrow when it closes
*Please Note:
The TM fee is $600. If you are double ending the deal, then add an additional $500. The TM Fee is similar to a TC Fee but better.
