  • 2. Create the best first impression. The listing home prep is one of the most important parts of the listing. Buying a home is very emotional and if you prep the house properly, then you are increasing the best chance for an emotional response and a multiple offer environment. Please follow the steps below:
    • Declutter
    • Smart Fixes & Upgrades
    • Landscape Color Spots
    • Staging
    • Photo Day: Drone Video, HD Twilight Pictures, Matterport Virtual Tour
  • 3. Inputing your Confidential Remarks into the MLS (Sample Click Here):
    • All offers submitted via email
    • All offers will be upload to the Offer Platform
    • Share your 2 Phase Safe Showing System (if agreed to by the Sellers)
      • 1. Virtual Tour (Send them the link to the Matterport)
      • 2. Physical Tour (They must submit an offer subject to an interior inspection prior to setting up a tour with the listing agent)
      • Note: If the potential buyers like the house after the physical tour and want to move forward, then you can upload their submitted offer to the Offer Platform to see where they rank. Note: The Offer Platform only ranks the top 3 offers
  • 4. Set up Marketing Tools:
    • Build out the Property Website
    • Create the Offer Landing Page
    • Order the Property 4 Page Brochure
    • Set Your For Sale Sign
    • Order your property website URL sign rider (Print Center)
  • 5. Start your marketing exposure program:
    • MLS Input
    • Post video and Site link on Instagram, FB and LinkedIn
    • Email Agent Blast (Local Area Agents)
    • Broker Caravan (Both your brokerage and local area)
    • Schedule Open Houses (If Possible)
