How It Works:
The End User:
1. The first Rewards IDX home search, Business Referral, and home Search and Win prize give a way of its kind
2. A rival to Zillow
3. Home Buyers Opt-in for free or for a small monthly fee of $10 / month. As they search they are eligible for cash and prizes as they search and gather points. The more they search, the greater chance they have to win
Participating Agents:
1. Each participating AARE Member will have their own branded opt-in form connected to their CRM and Workflows
2. They can choose up to 3 zip codes. (Limited to 5 agents per zip code.)
3. As the End User clicks on the homes they like for more information, that lead will see the home and the Agents branded opt in form if they would like to tour the home
7. There will be a 20% referral fee paid to AARE at the COE

Once your Zapier account is in place, we will create a Zap that will connect your Opt-in form to your CRM.
Cost
For Agents, this program is built into their Membership Portal and for the end user, its either FREE or for lager prizes just $10 per month.
Lead opportunities are on a round robin basis - rotating impression basis. Limited to 5 Agents per zip code.

2. If Vendor chooses to participate after the referral from the Agent, they will provide some special money saving promotion
3. Vendor and end user agrees, in the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve through arbitration
